HR ASSISTANT


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare Purchase Requests, Payment Request Memorandum, AACE and other administrative documents related to all business-related transactions covering IT requirements, RFID supplies, office administration, service vehicle management and HR related
  • Monitors and tracks the status of all PR and AACE until the items or services have been delivered/rendered.
  • Maintaining and updating of database of all PR and AACE with weekly submission of reports
  • Coordinates with procurement on the business requirements of all the departments
  • Coordinates with the requesting department on the updates and status of request.
  • Monitors the availability of checks as payment for the items/services delivered or rendered.
  • Facilitates compliance (documentation, permits, certification) related to the requests.
  • Write and distribute emails and announcements (such as birthday greetings, company events, etc.) to be released to the
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks the ability to change focus quickly as demands change is essential

 

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferably with Degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • With at least 2 years experience in administrative work;
  • General knowledge of HR practices and procedures;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills;

 

Job Location

  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong or Silangan, Laguna
